Harmony in Health-teamet vill hjälpa till vid denna krisstid. Vi är inspirerade av Harmony-idéerna och tror att de kan hjälpa människor att navigera sig tillbaka till hälsa.
Så vad kan vi erbjuda?
För det första är det vi inte kan erbjuda specifika råd - eftersom det är din läkare eller konsult.
Det finns så många okända om detta nya tillstånd, men mycket är känt om:

hur balansen i sinne, kropp och känslor påverkar vårt hälsotillstånd
sätt att återställa balansen i organismen med hjälp av kunskap från medicinska traditioner som hade att hantera många sjukdomar - inklusive pest och pest - utan antibiotika, steroider eller kirurgi
sinnes- / kroppsdiscipliner från öst och väst som alltid har försökt att integrera snarare än att separera

Vi vet inte om de kommer att fungera men de kommer inte att skada något och vi kan lära oss tillsammans om vad som är till hjälp. Tidig feedback är dock mycket positiv.
Här är några kommentarer som följer våra moduler om naturlig andning .
"Jag har haft många andningsproblem ...
Jag gillade verkligen andningssessionerna - riktigt intressant. Kom särskilt ihåg att fokusera på utandningen ...

"Jag har koncentrerat mig på att tillåta den naturliga andningen efter andningssessionen. Min andning, min röst, allt har förbättrats väsentligt under den senaste veckan - bara från det lilla utdraget."
"Jag gör mycket ashtanga yoga, där man gör många stora andetag ... så jag känner att jag måste lära mig hur man andas .. och som yogalärare börja om igen ... men det var vettigt att arbeta med att försöka för att hjälpa ett naturligt andetag - det är verkligen bra. "
"Det hjälpte också mitt matsmältningssystem ... det skulle bli rött rå - om jag lugnade andan och tittade på det lugnade mitt matsmältningssystem också, vilket är otroligt."
Vi vet att många människor kämpar med att förlora sin luktsans och vår feedback berättar att vissa fick hjälp av förslag från vår aromaterapeut.
"Aromaterapipraten var riktigt bra för mig - jag har en ganska utmaning med luktsinne och smak fortfarande - den har knappast återvänt."
"Jag tog på banan för att jag fortfarande skulle kunna njuta av luktsensan även om den är begränsad. Jag kör fingrarna genom örter och ser tillbaka på positiva minnen - det här läker."
"Jag kan stimulera ett positivt svar - det är väldigt intressant. Det har en riktigt härlig effekt på mig."
Ett annat populärt element är vår serie om näring.
"Den ayurvediska insatsen om näring är ett annat riktigt bra element ...
Jag lagar mat med fler kryddor nu ... och mer värmande mat "
"Jag är en naturlig Vata (typ) - lång Covid var en chock för de som brukade springa! En sak jag har insett är att jag har lärt mig att lyssna på min kropp - började intuitivt göra de saker som har varit diskuteras vara fördelaktiga ... "
"När det gäller näring - mer input från den vanliga kliniska världen som bekräftar det vi lär oss på kursen - vilket är riktigt spännande - öppnar det en väg för människor att verkligen dra nytta av det."
Vi håller tio veckor på en timmes workshops från slutet av mars till mitten av augusti 2021, med regelbundna moduler om kropp och själ, näring och gästspecialister för att dela med sig av sina kunskaper om en mängd olika men relaterade ämnen.
