Harmony in Health-teamet vill hjÀlpa till vid denna krisstid. Vi Àr inspirerade av Harmony-idéerna och tror att de kan hjÀlpa mÀnniskor att navigera sig tillbaka till hÀlsa.


SĂ„ vad kan vi erbjuda?

För det första Àr det vi inte kan erbjuda specifika rÄd - eftersom det Àr din lÀkare eller konsult.

Det finns sÄ mÄnga okÀnda om detta nya tillstÄnd, men mycket Àr kÀnt om:

  • hur balansen i sinne, kropp och kĂ€nslor pĂ„verkar vĂ„rt hĂ€lsotillstĂ„nd

  • sĂ€tt att Ă„terstĂ€lla balansen i organismen med hjĂ€lp av kunskap frĂ„n medicinska traditioner som hade att hantera mĂ„nga sjukdomar - inklusive pest och pest - utan antibiotika, steroider eller kirurgi

  • sinnes- / kroppsdiscipliner frĂ„n öst och vĂ€st som alltid har försökt att integrera snarare Ă€n att separera

Vi vet inte om de kommer att fungera men de kommer inte att skada nÄgot och vi kan lÀra oss tillsammans om vad som Àr till hjÀlp. Tidig feedback Àr dock mycket positiv.

Vi vet att mÄnga mÀnniskor kÀmpar med att förlora sin luktsans och vÄr feedback berÀttar att vissa fick hjÀlp av förslag frÄn vÄr aromaterapeut.

"Aromaterapipraten var riktigt bra för mig - jag har en ganska utmaning med luktsinne och smak fortfarande - den har knappast ÄtervÀnt."

"Jag tog pÄ banan för att jag fortfarande skulle kunna njuta av luktsensan Àven om den Àr begrÀnsad. Jag kör fingrarna genom örter och ser tillbaka pÄ positiva minnen - det hÀr lÀker."

Vi hÄller tio veckor pÄ en timmes workshops frÄn slutet av mars till mitten av augusti 2021, med regelbundna moduler om kropp och sjÀl, nÀring och gÀstspecialister för att dela med sig av sina kunskaper om en mÀngd olika men relaterade Àmnen.

Vi tÀcker ett stort antal Àmnen och tillvÀgagÄngssÀtt utformade för att vÄrda och stödja, inklusive moduler om:
